After investigation we found the new turbo to be larger on the latest MK3.5 I30N giving even more reason to have this superb product as the newly refreshed design needs to flow even more air than its predecessor. After stage one or two tunes the performance yields are even greater than the previous model with even better driving response and improved higher end BHP gains.

Here we present FMCT5, a twin catch can and coolant expansion tank system. This design has been subject to a vast amount of development and is a one of a kind product in the marketplace.

In Car Boost Fitting Kit for Ford, Fiat, and Renault

This reinforced silicone intake hose fits the 2 litre turbo Mk7 Golf, Seat Leon Cupra 280R and Audi S3 2.0l TSI (8V Chassis). Due to its location it really improves the looks of the engine compartment and removes any restriction of the OEM plastic hard pipe.

Hose Clamp Set for FMTTUHOSE

This induction kit has been developed to fit Mini (Generation 3) vehicles fitted with a Bosch intake sensor part Number: 0 281 006 597.  Before purchasing this item please use the photo guide on this page to correctly identify the intake sensor fitted to your vehicle.

The kit comprises full replacement intake piping made from fully mandrel bent aluminium which is powder coated black. We use only 70mm diameter tubing which will not cause any issues with the MAF sensor readings. The filter is a PiperCross high flow cone filter housed in its own enclosure situated at the front of the vehicle. Everything is connected via high quality silicone couplers and stainless steel hose clamps.

Forge are excited to present our Hi flow intake system for the Suzuki Swift Sport.

With Forge products the performance and quality always comes first, and this kit really goes out it's way to prove it. With a re-design of the inlet pipe work in alloy, and teaming up with the engineers at PiperCross, who have become famous for extracting extra horsepower on the British Touring Car circuit, we now have a kit which unleashed an extra 17BHP on our Ford Focus ST250 test car.

Following a running change to the 2015 Ford Focus ST250, we have re-engineered this performance induction kit to suit. Quality CNC Mandrel bent alloy inlet pipe work with no joins, quality 4 ply silicone hoses, and a high performance PiperCross filter increase filtration and flow.

Users of this kit have reported back on the ease of installation and a sportier sound without being obtrusive. The benefit of installing this kit is even greater on mapped vehicles, when the OEM filtration system becomes a limiting factor to performance gains.

This reinforced silicone intake hose fits the Honda Civic Type R, 2015-on ,with the 2.0 turbocharged engine. Due to its location it really improves the looks of the engine compartment and removes any restriction of the OEM inlet hose, plus it maintains a constant diameter through its length and doesn’t neck down like the OEM hose does.

This Forge Motorsport high flow intake hose for the VW T5 1.9 TDI 2003 - 2010 eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe, and replaces it with our smooth bore multi-ply silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and performance.

Testing of this kit showed improvements of 4 horsepower over the stock air box on a standard engine. Greater improvements can be achieved on tuned vehicles.

A blow off or recirculation valve (be it piston, diaphragm or OEM) will be activated by vacuum or electricity, and is designed to improve the drivability of your vehicle giving you maximum power when you want it. All types rely on an internal spring in order to maintain a seal so that you have boost pressure when it is needed - If the spring is too weak, you lose power.

The Corolla GR is currently not available for the UK market so we worked closely with our USA branch to bring a solution to market that has been designed at our headquarters in Gloucester UK. Throughout the development process we have strived to improve the efficiency and performance of the Corolla GR’s engine; our project brief was to develop an intercooler utilizing all the available space available in the original position of the OEM intercooler, and to ensure the inlet air temperature is reduced, without any negative effects on the boost pressure or engine and transmission cooling.

The Forge development team have designed this product to withstand the harshest of environments and to assist in the protection and prolonging of your engine components. Its unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures.
