Wagner Competition Package Audi A3 8V 2,0TSI Gen3 fwd

The competition package for the VAG models 2,0TSI Gen3 fwd (without all-wheel drive) consists of the intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit.

Intercooler upgrade kit 200001048 The Competition intercooler has the following network dimensions (640mm x 410mm x 65mm) and thus has 17 liters of external charge air volume (OEM 9 liters). The newly developed competition high-performance network (tube fin) still allows the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, to have sufficient air flow and is also very light. The charge air cooler has a total weight of only 8.4kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal air flow. An air duct integrated in the end box enables the Competition high-performance network to be filled homogeneously. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this charge air cooler has far less back pressure than the standard charge air cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out. All of our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
